Today's the day

The day has finally come....

I've made it through customs and now have two hours to wait until boarding. Until then I am sitting in the food court breathing the incredible scent of Subway bread which is just making me hungry.

My nerves and tears are gone today and instead I am filled with anticipation and excitement. This next month is going to be like nothing I've experienced before, it will be tough I know but at the end of this journey I know will grow so much as a person.

Let's see what the next few weeks bring hey :)

Shall post again once I get to NY in 21 hours or so..... That's if I haven't passed out on the train or something and missed my stop.

So the countdown is officially on.

I keep going through a million emotions ranging from excitement to sheer terror. 

One week to go

This time next week I will be up in the air probably freaking out about dying from a blood clot or in a fiery plane crash (hopefully not huh).

But for now I am full of a cold and have a whole bunch of things to get organised before I leave next Friday.

Nearly everything is booked now, besides my last two nights in NY, but I will get to that later on I think.

I am going to try and post every day or two, depending on the Wifi situation of course.
